1. Connect your Solana wallet (Phantom, Solflare, etc.)

2. Create a new game or join an existing one

3. Send SOL (or SPL tokens) to bid — each bid must be higher than the last

4. Pick your team: Bull (10% dividends), Snek (5% + extra pot), Bear (15% dividends)

5. Each bid mints you a KEY. Dividend % depends on bidder's team choice.

6. Burn a key = free bid (no SOL needed)

7. Timer counts down. Late bids only add seconds (anti-snipe)

8. When timer hits zero, last bidder wins the pot

9. Claim dividends anytime from your key earnings
